8.3 General Prohibited Conduct

- Infringing on intellectual property, publicity rights, or privacy rights
- Using AI-generated content to deceive users by claiming it is human-created
- Mass-generating spam or fraudulent content
- Using jailbreak prompts or techniques to bypass platform safety mechanisms
8.4 Content Moderation
The platform employs a multi-layered moderation system combining automated filtering, human review, and periodic audits:
- Automated Moderation (Real-Time): All text prompts are scanned for prohibited keywords, semantics, and intent before being sent to AI models. Generated videos are analyzed in real-time for safety assessment. We use the Hive content moderation API for image and video safety classification.

- Legal Action: For violations involving illegal content or activity, we reserve the right to report to relevant law enforcement authorities and cooperate with investigations.
If you believe your account was penalized in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting support@aiimagetovideo.video within 7 days of receiving a violation notice. Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days by personnel who did not participate in the original decision.
