Reused with permission. This existing example is about 18 seconds at 480 × 854; it is not a test of this site’s 15-second 720p generation pipeline.

A sharp chest-up portrait supplies facial and clothing detail. Avoid tiny faces, sunglasses and strong beauty filters.
Use one consenting adult per portrait. Crop a group selfie into separate images rather than uploading it to one slot.
Watch every transition and solo shot. Faces, hands, instrument motion and unassigned performers can change. Label a shared result as an AI remake.
The desk, close band arrangement and cuts between group vocals, lead singer and saxophone matter as much as the new faces. This template draws on Charlie Wilson’s Tiny Desk performance of Outstanding, a song by The Gap Band.
Treat it as casting a short performance, rather than animating a selfie. It does not compose a new song or clone your voice. The soundtrack is the selected performance, not evidence that your friends sang or played it.
Add 1–5 individual portraits. You can change only the lead, combine a few roles, or fill all five. Left and right refer to the viewer’s perspective.
No. One 15-second 720p video costs 450 credits whether you replace one role or five. Service availability is checked on submission, before credits are deducted.
Choose the experimental Cat or dog mode for the entire cast. People and pets cannot be mixed in one request. Paws, likeness and instrument handling may vary, and other reference musicians can remain human.
