Start by naming the subject, then say what it does and how the camera moves. Finish with anything that must not change, such as a face, a logo or the background. For example: ‘The man looks up from his book and smiles. Slow push-in. His glasses and sweater stay the same.’

If the first result isn’t right, change one thing at a time:

• Too much movement: swap ‘walks across the room’ for ‘takes one step forward’.
• The face changes: use a more front-facing photo and a smaller gesture.
• The camera invents a new side of the product: replace an orbit with a short slide.
• The ending feels cut off: choose a longer clip or an action that comes to rest.

Seedance works well when the photo already looks finished and you want it to come alive without changing its style. Shots that suit it:

Once you have a prompt that works, rerun it at the resolution you need. Turn on audio last, only for the version you plan to publish. If a clip is almost right, change one word in the prompt instead of rewriting it; big rewrites tend to change everything at once.
